5. Not a single Stussy

One of the most shocking moments of the episode was the fact that Ewan McGregor doesn’t show up (only in voice from the cartoon). Considering he is playing the two central characters this season, it’s a bold move for Fargo to dedicate an entire episode to Gloria, someone who has been on the sidelines the past two episodes.

Interestingly enough, we actually do get one Stussy in this episode and it’s on a toilet seat at the end when we see Thaddeus throwing up after nearly beating Zimmerman to death.

There are a couple of implications to what this means: one, Thaddeus changed his name to Ennis Stussy after seeing the brand name “Dennis Stussy & Sons” on stamp the toilet, or two, Ennis having the same last name as Ray and Emmit isn’t a coincidence and they are related somehow.
