Will John Krasinski return for ‘The Office’ Revival?

John Krasinski was on TV recently and talked about a possible return in The Office revival.

Say it ain’t so! John Krasinski aka the loveable, adorable Jim Halpert on NBC’s The Office would love to return to the set of the iconic comedy series that stole America’s heart. During an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Krasinski stated his eagerness for the series, if he was to get a call.

"“I haven’t gotten a call yet, Oh my god, are you kidding? I’d love to get that gang back together.”"

The Office revival would be set in Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin once again — with the addition of new cast members and some old (psst..call Krasinski!). Sadly, Steve Carell will not be a part of the revival, but one can still cling to hope for a cameo. While we do not have any information on who will be a part of the cast, the casting for the role of the regional manager has begun!

Krasinski played the role of Jim Halpert during the first run of The Office and went on to marry Pam Beesly (Jenna Fischer) during the series. Fans of the comedy are pining for the return of this #relationshipgoals couple, so NBC what are you waiting for?! Give them a call and make this happen! Jenna Fischer, Angela Kinsey, and Creed Bratton have also expressed interest in returning for the series.

If John Krasinski does return, he will have to squeeze it in between his other projects. His new movie A Quiet Place, which he directed and stars in, hits in April and his next TV show is Jack Ryan, which hits Amazon Prime this summer.
