Game of Thrones spoilers: A Jaime and Brienne reunion

It looks like our favorite unrequited lovers may be sharing more screen time on Game of Thrones next season.

According to Los Siete Reinos, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Gwendoline Christie have been seen on set shooting together. Of course, the site is in Spanish, so the trusty Watchers on the Wall have translated for those who don’t speak Spanish.

By episode three, the Night King and his army of the undead will be marching through Westeros. We can assume the army will add wildlings, the Night’s Watch, and Dothraki(?).

During the fourth episode, rumors are that Jaime and Brienne, who never fought for the same side, will indeed fight the Night King together. No one knows who else will be involved in this battle, nor where precisely in Westeros this will take place.

OK, can I say, I am dying for Jaime and Brienne to get together? I know Game of Thrones is a dramatic fantasy, but their storyline, when you think about it, is totally a romantic comedy.

Think about it.

Devastatingly handsome Jaime Lannister is a prisoner who comes from money and is in love with the wrong girl. Not your classic beauty, Brienne of Tarth is a middle-class warrior who has something to prove.

Brienne must transport Jaime back to his hometown. At first, they hate each other because they have conflicting alliances.

Along their strange journey, they form an unspoken bond and almost become friends. But then they are pulled in different directions yet again.

Then, a dangerous, mystical creature threatens the world as they know it, which forces them to not only reunite but also work together.
