The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead premiere posters revealed
By Derek Johns
As the mid-season premiere of Fear the Walking Dead looms and the with The Walking Dead season premiere on the horizon, AMC has now released two new season posters.
The poster for The Walking Dead features a group shot that includes Rick, Daryl, Maggie, Carol, and Michonne. In the background is the Capitol building in disrepair and a cloudy sky that indicates a storm is coming.
While there isn’t anything else of note in this poster, it noticeably contains the show’s longest-serving cast members. It highlights how little of the old guard is left. This is a fact that will only be aggravated by the end of the season when Andrew Lincoln and Lauren Cohan both leave the show.

The Fear the Walking Dead poster, on the other hand, looks a little more interesting. While this is also a group shot with Alicia, Morgan, Victor, Luciana, Althea, Naomi and John (with Morgan pretty much front and center), the background indicates something sinister ahead. The poster’s tagline “No calm after the storm” also appears to lend credence to that.
Not much is currently known about the upcoming seasons of either show but hopefully, more will be revealed at Comic-Con. Both shows panels will take place in Hall H on Friday, July 20th.
