Netflix released a teaser trailer for Lucifer featuring star Tom Ellis that announced the series’ season 4 premiere date.

Just days following the release of a provocative promo for Lucifer‘s upcoming season, its first on Netflix, the streamer has put out an official teaser announcing the date the new episodes will be available to stream on the service: May 8.

And what a teaser it is. The brief clip reveals even less about season 4 than the promo did. But it does feature Lucifer (Tom Ellis) emerging dripping wet from a pool in slow motion as the camera glides over his wet body.

Just like the promo video, the teaser emphasizes that the switch to Netflix could mean we’ll be seeing a lot more skin from the devilishly handsome Ellis. While not much else about the show may change, Ellis seems to be very comfortable showcasing his body in the name of Lucifer.
