Disney Plus continues to provide entertainment for families once again excelling at the collection of mini shorts called Pixar Popcorn. Those familiar with The Walt Disney Company are aware that the Walt Disney Animation Studios short films are nothing new and are often highly anticipated. They included charming hits like Tangled Ever After and Frozen Fever. These mini shorts are no exception.

Pixar Popcorn consists of ten mini shorts in total running from about a minute to four minutes long. There is the helpful option of being able to watch all ten back-to-back shorts running for a total of twenty-one minutes.

More from Disney Plus

The mini-shorts rated TV-PG range from Buzz Lightyear promoting his friends to work out, Dory finding unique items at the bottom of the sea, breathtaking scenes from Soul, and observing how the Parr family from The Incredibles gets their chores done.

Some of the shorts remain silent of any voice character work with the exception of characters like Ducky (Keegan-Michael Key) and Bunny (Jordan Peele) from Toy Story 4. However just because the characters are silent doesn’t mean the mini shorts fall flat.

Pixar Popcorn shorts are a fun, charming watch.

Far from it when you have such charming music, accurate sound effects, and occasional gasps accompanying the stories and characters’ accurate expressions and actions. These were very entertaining to watch especially for the small amount of time each is given. None feel too short, too long, or too dull for that matter.

They are just cute and heartwarming stories that fit well with the film/s they are originally from and most importantly still exhibit the magic that is Disney.
