The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon: Is Eriq Ebouaney returning for season 2?
By Shay McBryde
Is Eriq Ebouaney returning for the unconfirmed The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 2 as the character of Fallou?
The title is still unofficial for Daryl Dixon’s ride to France; however, it appears they are rushing filming before France begins prepping for the 2024 Paris Olympics with season 1 and season 2 rumored to be filming back to back.
Eriq Ebouaney is a French actor most notably known as the Congolese Prime Minister in the film Lumumba. He also appeared in the Jason Statham film Transporter 3.
The character of Fallou is a main character of the show and a survivor of the outbreak. Eriq Ebouaney is expected to star as a series regular in season one. He joins fellow cast members Laila Blanc Francard, Romain Levi, Anne Charrier, and newbie Louis Puech Scigliuzzi as series regulars along with Norman Reedus and Clemence Poesy.
The show follows Daryl Dixon who mysteriously winds up on the shores of France. With little immediate knowledge of how he got there. And even less about how he’s going to get home. We will watch his journey across France as he attempts to make his journey back home to the States. Along the way, he will form connections that complicate the plan. It appears he will help this group, a religious group. It will be interesting to see Daryl Dixon of all people mesh with this bunch. He’s literally and figuratively a fish out of water.
