As the weather changes, the leaves start to fall, and winter starts to arrive, November is almost here, and new shows are coming with it. While you can catch up on plenty of returning shows next month, there are also a handful of brand-new shows worth checking out.
From coming-of-age dramas that mix in with supernatural horror to intense thrillers that define the sci-fi genre, there are plenty of options for you to watch this November. I picked four new shows that will be released next month that you should add to your watchlist.
The Body
- Releasing on Netflix on Nov. 11, 2026.
The Body is the first show coming next month that I have to mention. The title is already interesting enough, but once you learn what it is about, you’ll be hooked.
In this new series, The Body follows a dance team at a Catholic high school on Halloween that has a special initiation for all the new girls. But it goes very wrong, and afterward the girls start having “prophetic visions” that terrify their town and cause massive chaos.
Yeah, this series is going full religious, supernatural terror, and I am here for it. Horror shows in general have been on a roll lately, with releases like Carrie on Prime Video, which just earned a second-season renewal, and Below on Netflix. We can't wait for that trend to continue next month.
The series will have eight episodes, and all will be released on the same day.
12 12 12
- Releasing on Apple TV on Nov. 13, 2026.
Okay, so let’s say you are completely not into horror after a full month of scary TV shows and so much more. I get it. It’s November, and you want to stay cozy with a show that won’t terrify the heck out of you. I got you. What about a heist show where you get to see some awesome actors kick butt?
12 12 12 is the latest in a slew of great Apple TV originals. The new series covers three different stages of setting up a heist in Zurich, Germany. What are those stages? The 12 months leading up to the heist and planning it, the 12 hours during the heist, and the 12 days that follow. Hence the title: 12 12 12.
Anthony Mackie stars as Jack Strickland, an FBI agent who chases this criminal mastermind across the globe: Paul Galvin (played by Jamie Dornan). From the previews so far, these two are in an intense cat-and-mouse game, and it looks like it’ll be a great time.
The first two episodes will be released first, followed by weekly episodes on the platform until the finale on Dec. 25, 2026. So, Merry Christmas to all who love a good Heist-mas.
The Good Daughter
- Releasing on Peacock on Nov. 12, 2026.
If horror and heist shows aren’t your thing, how about a good old-fashioned thriller? One with twists and turns, with so many moments that will turn your life upside down the second it starts? That’s what The Good Daughter is about.
This series, starring Rose Byrne and Meghann Fahy, is based on the novel of the same name and follows the story of two sisters who are still living with the effects of trauma after a violent attack on their families when they were children. But this time, a new attack on a new family draws them right back into the fire and brings back painful memories and secrets that change their lives forever.
I must admit I love a good miniseries from time to time, and this is a great example. There are six episodes total, and they're all released at the same time. So if you want a nice show you can binge and enjoy without committing to a weekly schedule, this is the show for you.
Blade Runner 2099
- Releasing on Prime Video on Nov. 25, 2026.
Horror, heist, and thrillers are all out on the table, but you want something more, something with lore, and now you’ll get it with Blade Runner 2099, another installment in the legendary Blade Runner franchise.
The new Prime Video series stars Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer as partners Olwen and Cora, two Replicant Blade Runners whose main mission is to hunt down a gang of rogue Replicants. The only issue is that Olwen is nearing the end of her lifespan, and Cora isn’t a real replicant at all — she’s a human pretending to be one.
I mean, just that premise alone makes me so curious, and I’m not even a huge fan of the franchise. Throw in Yeoh and Schafer, and I am on board. This new sci-fi miniseries looks like it will be a lot of fun, and since we’re pretty limited on epic sci-fi right now, it is a great option for those who want to dive back into the world of robots, neon lights, and more.
All eight episodes will drop on the same day — which also happens to be the day before Thanksgiving. So why not settle down and watch this new series while you all prep the turkey for the big day?
Each of these shows has me so hyped, and I, for one, can’t wait to see where they go next! Be sure to check them out when they premiere.
