What’s Coming to HBO in May?
What’s up, premium cable subscribers?
Getting bored of Game of Thrones, Veep, or Silicon Valley yet?
Well, if you are, HBO has a great lineup for new movies and documentaries coming to HBO, HBO Now, and HBO Go in May. Within the next month, HBO will make seven movies and three documentaries available.
Of the movies, the highlights are Draft Day, which stars Kevin Costner and is a fictional look at the NFL Draft; This is Where I Leave You, starring Tina Fey, Jason Bateman, Adam Driver, Rose Byrne, and more; and, of course, the classic film O’ Brother Where Art Thou.
In May, HBO also releases three documentaries, including the new Kurt Cobain documentary, Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck.
Perhaps what you should be most excited about is the HBO original film Nightingale, starring David Oyelowo (Selma), which premieres on HBO on May 29. Nightingale is about a war veteran who struggles with internal demons after returning from battle. Brad Pitt is also producing the film.
