Variety Will Honor Matthew McConaughey at an Upcoming Event
Matthew McConaughey and others will receive honors from Variety at Unite4: Humanity
This year will be a big year for Matthew McConaughey, and not just because he has a fair share of films in the pipeline. McConaughey is known for more than his film work — he’s also done a fair share of philanthropic work. He will now be honored for that work in an upcoming ceremony form Variety.
Varsity’s unfortunately titled upcoming event, Unite4: Humanity, will honor Matthew McConaughey and several others for their charitable work. McConaughey will be there for his work with the charity Just Keep Livin’, which aims to help high school kids live healthy and productive lives.
