Last week we spoke to the legendary Ernie Hudson about this new show APB and technology in modern policing. Knowing that Hudson is in the new Twin Peaks revival though we couldn’t help but also sneak in one question about the rebirth of a science fiction classic.
Show Snob – We have to ask this because we are such huge fans of the original. We know you’re part of the Twin Peaks revival, is there anything you can tell us about that?
Ernie Hudson – Honestly I wish I could tell you something about it, but they kept everything so secretive. Unless it was a scene I was working on I didn’t even know what was happening. So I’m as excited to see it as everybody else. I was so excited to work with David Lynch, he’s amazing. But yeah, I have no idea what we were doing, but it was fun doing it I’ll tell you that.
That might not sound like much, but to a Twin Peaks fan, that’s a great little tidbit of information. The original Twin Peaks was, of course, full of mystery and twists. So if even some of the actors don’t know where things are going then that’s a really good sign for the new Twin Peaks revival.
Be sure to catch Ernie Hudson tonight as APB wraps up an exciting first season tonight on FOX at 9 PM EST.
