HBO releases second official Game of Thrones season 7 trailer!

HBO has released the second trailer for Game of Thrones season 7 and boy is it a doozy!

Usually, when a series or film franchise releases a second official trailer, it isn’t quite as good as the original. However, HBO just set the bar for second trailers, today, by releasing the Game of Thrones season 7 trailer #2 and it outshines the first, just barely.

From Sansa doing the slow-mo walk to Bran and Meera arriving at the Wall. From Jon and company preparing for a very special hunting trip beyond the Wall to Lord Beric Dondarion igniting his flaming sword in preparation for a fight to the death. From Dany and Drogon attacking their enemies to Jaime Lannister charging madly into the face of certain death. This trailer has it all! Check it out:

Clever, HBO, very clever. As you can see, this trailer did not take its foot off the gas, in regard to beautiful cinematography and heart-pounding action. As far as any questions that were left after the first season 7 trailer, this second one seemed to answer them all, and leave us with even more.

Game of Thrones season 7 might only be seven episodes long, but if the two official trailers are any indication of what is to come, it might very well feel like a seven-hour movie.
