What better way to celebrate Friday the 13th in October, than with the final trailer for Stranger Things season 2?

Eleven is back, and she’s still eating waffles! Netflix dropped a spooky present on the internet today, Friday, October 13, with the final trailer for Stranger Things season 2, and boy is there a lot to unpack. From Hopper and Eleven to Will and the gang, this final trailer for the show’s second season (which will premiere on October 27) really ups the stakes for everyone in the small town of Hawkins. Check it out:

Let’s get right into it. First, Eleven looks all kinds of awesome in her Elmer Fudd hunter’s cap. It’s also really nice to know that Hopper is still leaving supplies for her. What a nice dude.

We’re taken next, right into what Will saw on Halloween night, meaning he saw the Shadow Monster above his hometown of Hawkins, Indiana. Then, we’re subjected to Will’s mother (Joyce) screeching angrily, demanding to know what is wrong with her boy.

However, what makes this trailer special is, Eleven is shown returning to civilization, as she uses her mind control powers to unlock the door at the Wheeler’s house, meaning we won’t have to go an entire season where Eleven is off battling the Upside Down, while the boys are doing their own thing.

Next, Mike tells his friends that Will knows how to destroy the Shadow Monster, if anyone does. Does this mean Will has obtained some special powers from his time in the Upside Down during season 1? Are he and Eleven going to fight the big-bad of season 2 with mind bullets? Sorry, couldn’t help myself.

Anyway, the next few shots are a montage of Hopper looking down the rabbit hole, if you will, some scientists freaking out about things happening in their lab, and Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers hanging out. You just know there is a romantic connection being explored here.

The best part is saved for last, though, as Dustin asks Steve if he still carries that bat with all the nails in it. The answer is, of course, yes. Yes he does, Dustin.
