Fear the Walking Dead spoilers: Do photos from season 4 hint at huge storyline?

Fear the Walking Dead is coming back in April for its fourth season, and some new images indicate that a huge storyline is coming with it.

There has already been photos and teasers released of Morgan and newcomers Althea (Maggie Grace) and Naomi (Jenna Elfman). However, a closer look at some of those photos has Reddit users believing they have spotted some Fear the Walking Dead spoilers for season four.

Most fans of The Walking Dead assumed that The Whisperers and their leader Alpha was arriving in season nine of the main series. There were theories that the Fear the Walking Dead time jump meant that Madison (Kim Dickens) was going to end up as Alpha. There were others who believed that Jadis was going to become Alpha after Rick left her to die in the last episode (she lived).

There might still be a chance for Morgan to take on the role of Alpha, especially after looking closely at the new Fear the Walking Dead images.

In that Fear the Walking Dead photo, newcomer Naomi looks like she is about to bite the farm as the Walkers move around her in the water. The Reddit commenters pointed out that the hands looked “fresh” as did the eyes. This led the Reddit users to suppose that these are not Walkers – but are the Whisperers.

Now, take a look at this close up photo of the walkers in the water, with the light brighter.

Take a look at those eyes. The skin on the face is not connected to the eyes, and there are flesh tones UNDER the rotted skin faces. In the comic books, The Whisperers took the faces from the Walkers that they killed and wore those faces to walk among the Walkers and capture — or kill — other people.

With the third season of Fear the Walking Dead surpassing the seventh and eighth seasons of The Walking Dead in quality, could AMC be ready to introduce some of the best villains in the comics on Fear instead of the main series?
