The Man in the High Castle gets a return date and trailer for season 3, renewal for season 4
Saturday at Comic-Con it was announced that season 3 of Amazon Prime’s original series The Man in the High Castle will premiere on the streaming service on October 5.
Not only that, Deadline reports that attendees at the panel for The Man in The High Castle were treated to a new preview of what to expect when the alternative-history drama returns.
The series, which stars Alexa Davalos and Rufus Sewell, imagines a future in which the Axis powers won World War II and the Nazis and Imperial Japan rule over different parts of America. Based on Philip K. Dick’s 1962 novel of the same name, Isa Dick Hackett executive produces the series.

In addition to the third season news, the show has also already received a renewal for its fourth season, although no release date for that season was given.
The renewal news comes as no surprise given The Man in the High Castle‘s status as Amazon Prime’s most-watched show. Not to mention, the series has received a great deal of critical praise and won two Emmys.
Before the fourth season, though, audiences will have the 10 episodes of the series’ third season to binge. The trailer makes the season look like a heady and exhilarating “fight for the world you want,” as the trailer’s tagline declares.
