After the show’s both Facebook and Twitter accounts updated their profile and header images to call Krysten Ritter’s superhero a fraud yesterday. Netflix has finally revealed that the show’s third and final season will premiere on June 14.

Jessica Jones premiered back in 2015 and soon gained critical acclaim worldwide, the show’s second season released in 2017 was also a critical darling as it saw some of the most amazing and complex performances of the year by Janet McTeer as Alisa Jones and Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker.

The third season of Jessica Jones will pick up after the fallout between Jessica and Trish. Both women will find themselves trying to fix their strained relationship while taking down a highly intelligent psychopath. In the cover image of the show’s Twitter handle, it was revealed that the psychopath goes by the name of “Hand of Death”, you can hear their creepy voice in the teaser’s end.  Just like the show’s previous installments, Jessica Jones season three is going to have 13 episodes.
