Reminder: Woody Harrelson Hosting SNL
Today is Friday, and that means that w’ere one day away from a new episode of Saturday Night Live. Unless we hurtle into some sort of hell dimension, that is. But barring that, tomorrow night will present a fresh SNL hosted by True Detective’s own Woody Harrelson. It would be very odd if we didn’t get at least a single True Detective joke in the monologue, but more likely than not we’ll also see a skit.

Even though Harrelson is there in an official capacity to support The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, True Detective has become something of a high-point in his career. When Jim Carrey took the SNL reins we were treated to a great parody of Matthew McConaughey’s Lincoln Ad. Technically not True Detective, but close enough at this point to warrant a reference.
Will you be checking out SNL this weekend in hopes of a True Detective skit?
