First True Detective Season Two Photos of Colin Farrell Appear
It was only a matter of time before we started to see some photos signifying the start of production on True Detective’s second season, but the wait was beginning to seriously add up. Well, wait no more, because the first photos of Colin Farrell in costume for True Detective have appeared.
The Daily Mail has several snapped pics of Farrell walking in-character as Ray Velcoro. Farrell is definitely going for a grizzled, hardened look in these photos. And the bolo tie is a nice touch.

This is our first peek at the from that True Detective’s second season is going to take. Outside of various recent cast announcements that have slithered out, HBO has been quiet on the True Detective front.
If filming has officially begun, it’s a fair bet that the final lead has been locked in, Rachel McAdams or otherwise.
It’s still going to be a crunch if HBO is still aiming for a January premiere, but it’s nice to see that filming is progressing. Expect more leaks to occur as filming continues, as well as various officially released morsels down the road.
