Jeff Bridges Really Digs True Detective (Video)
True Detective is still managing to make many people’s best tv of 2014, it seems. Far after the initial lists stopped rolling in, True Detective has proven itself difficult to forget. In a good way, of course.
Variety was recently able to catch up with a few tv and films stars at unite4:humanity, an annual pre-Oscar charity event. Variety was able to corner Bethany Mota, Aaron Paul, Jeff Bridges, Jane Seymour, P!nk, and Wilmer Valderrama. And it’s all over in less than a minute and a half.

Frankly, it’s not very surprising that Jeff Bridges digs True Detective. In fact, there was even a True Detective and The Big Lebowski mashup that became something of a viral hit. It also helped that it was awesome.
The second season of True Detective soldiers on in the production phase with not much to speak of in terms of a premiere date, music, or other directors. But at least we know it’s happening, right?
New photos of True Detective‘s second season recently leaked featuring Rachel McAdams on a beach, so maybe True Detective will finally have that sunny disposition that we’ve all be craving. Unlike the video below, these pics are unfortunately without Jeff Bridges.
