True Detective Season Two will Arrive in the UK on June 22nd
True Detective’s second season will come to the U.S on June 21st, but now we know when it will reach the UK. We wouldn’t want our friends across the pond to be missing out, now would we? We recently saw the first teaser for True Detective season two, and it’s practically all that we’ve been able to talk about.

Luckily, UK viewers won’t have to wait long at all before getting in on the action. Of course, the internet can be a cruel place, so avoiding spoilers even for a day can be difficult. But any current viewer of at least Game of Thrones would already know that.
Even though it feels like we just got a nice chunk of True Detective season two details, the reality is that there is still plenty that we don’t know. For one, will that new Lera Lynn song be the opener? And what’s going to happen to the story structure? We likely won’t know the answers to those questions until the season finally premiers.
Even though we’re gearing up for the second season, the first season is still making waves. The first season of True Detective is nominated for a BAFTA, though it didn’t make the Peabody Awards. We also still have fantastic spoofs based on the first season rolling in.
It’s not a bad time to be a True Detective fan.
