What’s New on HBO in June?

We’re on to another month at HBO, and with that new month comes a new group of movies and TV shows.

On the TV side, HBO will be finishing four of their TV shows (Game of Thrones, Veep, Silicon Valley, and Vice) on June 14. As always, those full seasons will be available for binge-watching on HBO Now and HBO Go.

With those shows wrapping up, HBO is releasing its next round of TV hits, including True Detective Season 2, and the series premieres of The Brink and Ballers on June 21.

For movies, HBO is adding some real big hitters, like one of the biggest movies of the year, Gone Girl starring Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike. Gone Girl will be released on HBO, HBO Go, and HBO Now on June 20.

Overall, it seems like a pretty slow month for movies, but with the series premieres of Ballers and The Brink and the second season premiere of True Detective, it’s going to be a good month as a whole.
