Going Clear premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January before it was released on March 13, 2015, in select theaters throughout the United States. Two weeks later, on March 29, 2015, Going Clear premiered on HBO. In the few months since it’s release, the film has been viewed nearly eight million times, according to the report.

On September 25, 2015, Going Clear will hit theaters in New York City, Chicago, throughout California, Washington D.C., and throughout Texas. It’s possible the film could appear in other select theaters, as well, according to TheWrap.

Unfortunately, Going Clear is only back for a limited release, so if you live outside of the cities listed above, you’re going to have to hop in the car or a plane to see the film. Or, you can also watch the documentary on HBO Go or HBO Now, if you are an HBO subscriber.
