In this particular instance, that creator would be the man behind The Leftovers, Damon Lindelof.

Damon Lindelof was asked by Business Insider to talk about his favorite shows of 2015. It turns out that Lindelof makes room for a lot of TV watching, which makes his list actually one worth reading.
