Look we know that the TARDIS doesn’t really fly, but even for a prop that’s just really impressive. The fact that each button has a purpose, this particular TARDIS might be our favorite, outside David Tennant’s wacky TARDIS.
The TARDIS, of course, does change with each Doctor. When the Doctor regenerates the TARDIS goes through a regeneration of its own. So the controls we see here won’t be the controls the next Doctor will be standing at. This means this is the final series for this TARDIS, as it’s the final series for Peter Capaldi’s Doctor.
The TARDIS holds a special place in the hearts of Whovians and seeing how all the buttons and gadgets work was a treat. Now if we can just figure out how to become the Doctor’s next companion.
