We are just under two months to go until the Game of Thrones season 7 premiere on July 16, and HBO is kicking the marketing into high gear. While we wait for the first official trailer for the new season, various cast members are already starting the usual press junket tours.

Now, thanks to an all-new marketing tool from HBO, fans can be kept in the loop on all things Game of Thrones with the first ever official newsletter, Whispers of Westeros. The announcement was made via the official Game of Thrones Twitter account:

Oddly enough, the newsletter is supposed to be for Game of Thrones fans in the U.S. only, leaving out a massive fanbase in the U.K. Oh well, I’m sure HBO has its reasons (we hope). Signing up for Whispers of Westeros is the easiest thing in the world to do. Simply follow the link provided in the tweet, enter your email address, and boom, you’re done.
