The Game of Thrones season 7 premiere is a mere few hours away, and HBO has released a brief preview of episode 1, “Dragonstone.”

As if getting the first episode of Game of Thrones season 7 tonight wasn’t enough, HBO released a very brief first look at the premiere episode titled, “Dragonstone,” earlier today, and at about three hours out, we’ve got that for you.

The clip features a scene we’ve observed before, with Dany striding across the beach at Dragonstone — the ancient seat of House Targaryen — for which tonight’s season 7 premiere is titled for. Check it out:

As you can see, the preview is more of a tiny clip and is more of a compilation of several photos released through HBO and bits of the two Game of Thrones season 7 trailers that were released before tonight.

HBO has released a synopsis to accompany tonight’s premiere, and it reads as thus:

More from Show Snob

"Jon Snow organizes the defense of the North. Cersei tries to even the odds. Samwell discovers crucial information. Daenerys comes home."

“Dragonstone” will air tonight at 8 PM CT and will boast a runtime of 59 minutes, which makes it a rather robust season premiere, as premieres go on Game of Thrones. With Daenerys arriving in Westeros, the place of her birth, after having lived in exile in Essos her entire life, the Queen of Meereen will have a lot to do, once she finishes her stroll on the beach.

Not only does Dany now have three full-grown dragons flying air support for her combined forces of Unsullied, Dothraki Horde, House Tyrell and Dorne, along with the naval expertise of a partial House Greyjoy fleet, but she will also benefit from the wise advising of her new Hand of the Queen, Tyrion Lannister, and his pal, the Master of Whispers — sometimes called the Spider, but always called Tyrion’s BFF — Varys.
