Ryan Murphy’s American Crime Story: Assassination of Gianni Versace looks to make a mark following the success of its predecessor.
Almost two years ago, the world was taken aback by the nostalgia-inducing first installment of American Crime Story: The People vs. OJ. Now, we look ahead to the second season of this award-winning drama series that will cover the brutal execution-style murder of fashion designer, Gianni Versace.
Now, the details may be hazy or unknown for those too young or unaware of the crime but this season of American Crime Story hopes to take us back in time. The show will highlight the events that led to the murder of Gianni Versace, a homosexual world-famous fashion designer, on the steps of his home in Miami.
Behind this crime was the serial killer, Andrew Cunanan who went on a killing spree across the country, responsible for the murder of 5 people including Versace.
