Ash vs. Evil Dead returns tonight with the fourth episode of its third season — “Unfinished Business” — and with it the news that the show has picked up two Saturn Award nominations.

While fans of the gruesomely hilarious horror-comedy await Starz decision on whether or not there will be a fourth season, they at least got some good news that Ash vs. Evil Dead and star Bruce Campbell got some recognition at the Saturn Awards.

Variety reported that Ash vs. Evil Dead received a nomination for Best Horror Television Series. The competition is American Horror Story: CultFear the Walking DeadPreacherThe StrainTeen Wolf and The Walking Dead.

Of those series, the competition is diverse. Fear the Walking Dead enjoyed possibly its best season and was miles better than The Walking Dead‘s seventh season — which is what this award recognizes. Preacher was wildly entertaining as the action moved to New Orleans and Jesse Custer fought the Saint of Killers and actively searched for God.

American Horror Story: Cult was middle-of-the-road compared to previous seasons, The Strain went all out for its final season, and Teen Wolf is — well, its Teen Wolf.

Bruce Campbell picked up his second straight nomination from the Saturn Awards for reprising his role as Ash Williams — the hero from the Evil Dead movie franchise brought to the small screen. He won the award for season 1 and looks to repeat for his season 2 performance.

The competition there includes seven other nominees. Jon Bernthal is there for his role in the Punisher. In a very deserving nomination, Ricky Whittle is there for his role on American Gods (although Ian McShane was robbed with his snubbing).

The rest of the competition includes Sam Heughan from Outlander, Jason Isaacs from Star Trek: Discovery, Andrew Lincoln from The Walking Dead, Seth MacFarlane from The Orville and Kyle MacLachlan from Twin Peaks: The Return.
