The limited series is inspired by real-life events and tells the story of Fauna Hodel, played by India Eisley. Fauna was given away at birth and as she starts to learn more about her past, it leads her to a Hollywood-famed gynecologist, Dr. George Hodel, played by Jefferson Mays. Chris Pine will be playing the role of Jay Singletary, a former Marine who now lives his life as a reporter/paparazzo. Joining the cast above will be Connie Nielsen, Justin Cornwell, Leland Orser, Jay Paulson, Yul Vazquez, Dylan Smith, and Golden Brooks.

Author Sam Sheridan wrote five of the six episodes in the series which are all inspired by Fauna Hodel’s life. Sounds pretty interesting, right?
