Kathryn Hahn to star in new series on HBO
Mrs. Fletcher is the third series to get the green light from the premium channel with Kathryn Hahn set to star.
You probably know Kathryn Hahn from hilarious supporting film roles in comedies like How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Step Brothers, and Bad Moms. But now, get ready to know her in a leading role on the small screen.
HBO picked up the new series pilot Mrs. Fletcher staring Hahn. It will be directed and produced by Nicole Holofcener.
Mrs. Fletcher is based on the novel of the same name by Tom Perrotta, who also wrote The Leftovers. Perotta wrote the adaption and will also executive produce.

Hahn will play Eve Fletcher, a 46-year-old divorced mom whose son just left for college. As she struggles to adjust to her empty house, she receives a random text message on night saying, “U R my MILF!” She eventually takes an interest in the porn website MILFateria.com, and her newfound interest spills into real life.
Jackson White (The Middle) plays Hahn’s son, Brendan, while Casey Wilson (Happy Endings), Owen Teague (Bloodline), and Jen Richard (Her Story) round out the cast.
Mrs. Fletcher is the third series to be picked up by HBO in the past few months. It will join Euphoria, which will star Zendaya, and Watchmen, which will be based on the DC Comics from the 1980s.
It’s nice to see that Kathryn Hahn will finally get her chance to be a lead. She has certainly earned it with her past roles.
