Bojack Horseman season 5 proves to be a tough one for the once famous movie star as seen in the latest Netflix trailer.

Bojack Horseman is about a week away from its season 5 premiere and the latest trailer alludes to a tough road ahead for Bojack himself. The past few seasons have illustrated his tumultuous journey as he faces the reality of being a has-been movie star and failing at multiple aspects of his life.

Season 5 is sure to take us down a darker path as Bojack lands a part in a movie that mimics that much of his actual life. His closest friends are concerned with his well-being and it seems like he may be falling deeper into a drinking problem than ever before. Who knew an animated cartoon with talking animals could get so dark?

"“We spent a lot of time figuring out the haircut — the style, the volume, the bounce, the sheen — and we’re really proud of the way it came out. We really think people are going to like this new season and Diane’s new haircut!”"
