Euphoria: HBO drops first official trailer for psychedelic drama

Zendaya is definitely far from home in the first official trailer for HBO’s Euphoria!

Euphoria is going to take the world by storm, and you heard it here first. Starring Spiderman’s Zendaya, this upcoming HBO teen drama focuses on a group of high schoolers as they deal with drugs, sex, and the woes of social media. Sure, this may sound like many other shows out there, but if you take a peek at the trailer below, you’ll realize it’s anything but.

Created by Wizard of Lies’ Sam Levinson, HBO’s Euphoria is based on its Israeli namesake. You may or may not be shocked to know who else is involved in this project–Drake. Yup, the Drake is one of the executive producers alongside Future the Prince. Do we have your attention yet?

Zendaya stars as a 17-year old named Rue who, based on the trailer, seems to be struggling to keep it together as an addict. And I have to say from the brief two and a half minute trailer, you can already tell that Zendaya is about to give us her best piece of work yet.
