A Million Little Things season 2, episode 7 recap: Ten Years
By Ariba Bhuvad
Eddie and Theo share a big milestone together on this episode of A Million Little Things!
A Million Little Things had a lot to celebrate in last week’s episode! Theo turned 10 and so did Eddie’s sobriety–how wonderful is that?! But don’t take that to mean that this episode was all rainbows and sunshine because it sure wasn’t.
Maggie finally decides to get her license, but the driver’s test doesn’t exactly go her way. She has a panic attack and ends up deciding not to go through with it while Sophie passes her test with flying colors. But it’s understandable why Maggie is having a harder time. She’s been through a lot and it’s not going to be an easy task to accomplish.
When Sophie comes home, she’s surprised with a car that Jon wanted her to have once she had her license. It’s a sweet reminder that Jon loved his family very, very much. Meanwhile, Regina and Rome are babysitting Charlotte, but things take a turn when PJ’s DNA results come in. And yes, Jon is the father.

Rome gets called into work which means Regina has to drop Charlie off with someone since they both won’t be able to take care of her. Awkwardly, the only place to go is Catherine’s who is very sweet about the whole thing.
She even manages to convince Regina why all the kids deserve to know the truth about Charlie, Eddie, and Delilah.
Eddie supports Catherine’s decision which really pisses Delilah off. She’s pretty much alone in her desires to keep it all a secret, and can’t really see anyone else’s perspective.
But for her, it’s not so easy, it requires a lot of mental effort to tell her kids that she cheated on Jon, and the baby they call their sister, is Eddie’s daughter too.
Gary is still struggling about returning Colin to his original owner. So, in true Gary fashion, he decides to stalk the old woman Colin belongs to. After striking up a conversation with her, he learns that she is a recent widow and that she’s still hoping to find Colin er Wesley. It all but solidifies in Gary’s mind that the right thing to do is return Wesley to his rightful owner.

Maggie has another idea, however. They do give a dog to the old woman, but she gives her another dog that looks just like Colin and keeps the real Colin with them. It’s all very sneaky, but it keeps everyone happy, especially Gary who was heartbroken over the whole thing.
A Million Little Things celebrates Theo’s tenth birthday which coincides with Eddie’s sobriety. It’s a wonderful cause for celebration which is dampened with the fact that Delilah refuses to budge about being honest. On the other hand, Sophie seems to be interested in PJ, who is actually her half-brother. As you can see, there are way too many secrets in the Dixon family, and it’s all very close to imploding.
Will Delilah ever come around? And what will happen when everyone learns PJ’s truth? Honestly, I think s**t is about to hit the fan on A Million Little Things. We’ll just have to stay tuned.
