Take this New True Detective Quiz

To celebrate Woody Harrelson’s recent visit to Liverpool’s Institute for the Performing Arts (LIPA,) The Liverpool Echo put together a neat little True Detective quiz to get fans to test their True Detective meddle.

The quiz is intended for UK residents, so most American viewers won’t have much of a problem with a question like “In which US state was the first series of True Detective filmed?” By the way, they frequently refer to seasons as “series,” so don’t let that throw you.

It’s a fun little way to pass the time and see just how much True Detective knowledge you’ve retained since the first season ended. Not that it wouldn’t be hard to brush up, as True Detective us currently available on Blu-ray and streaming on HBO GO.

True Detective is gearing up for its second season which is currently in production with a supposed premiere date of sometime in the summer. A light quiz like this is also a pleasant way to forget that True Detective has been in a massive award losing streak as of late.

Even though True Detective can’t seem to win a single award for its actors — besides a recent one for casting of the pilot — you can win an award for doing well on this quiz. You know, that completely fulfilling reward of self-satisfaction.
