Is Vince Vaughn Looking for a Change?
Vince Vaughn is currently filming the second season of True Detective in which he is one of the leads. A villain, no less. While we believe that is unfair to put so much pressure on Vince Vaughn to become the next Matthew McConaughey, the actor himself may be looking for such a change.

Deadline is reporting that Vince Vaughn has changed representation. While that’s not significant in and of itself, it may signal that Vaughn is ready to make a career change. Apparently Vince Vaughn had been with his previous agency, CAA, for some time.
But his newest film Unfinished Business, has flopped both critically and financially. In recent interviews Vince Vaughn has even been opening up about his background in dramatic acting, though that could be a reaction to people not believing that he’s right for the role.
It’s difficult to view Vaughn as a dramatic actor, but his recent remarks coupled with this change could potentially mean more dramatic Vince Vaughn roles in the future. Although there was a somewhat strange interview with Colin Farrell in the LA Times, Vince Vaughn has been the only actor thus far to talk about True Detective in interviews.
Granted, those interviews are really for Unfinished Business and not for True Detective, but everyone seems far more interested in Vaughn’s True Detective role. If Vince Vaughn is looking for a more dramatic change, we wish him the best of luck.
