First Look At The CW’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” Pilot
Riverdale returns next week but The CW is already getting to work on their next Archie Comics venture — Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Not too long ago, the network greenlit a Chilling Adventures of Sabrina pilot with Robert Aguirre-Sacasa at the helm. The Riverdale creator and show runner recently shared the first glimpse of the series with the first page of the script.

Close-eyed readers will notice the script details a scene between Sabrina and her boyfriend, Harvey. Fans of the Melissa Joan Hart series will remember Harvey Kinkle as the Sabrina’s long standing love interest in that. However, in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, it seems like the couple is going to tackle its first obstacle in the opening scene.

Looks like this is just a confirmation that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is going to be very different from Sabrina the Teenage Witch. One thing is for sure, this dark adaptation should fit in perfectly to the world that Riverdale has created.
While neither Harvey or the titular witch have been cast, it seems likely that the latter will make an appearance at some point in the second season of Riverdale this season.
