Entertainment Weekly trolls True Detective (Photo)

The first season of the hit HBO series True Detective came and went, making huge waves in the process. It’s something that fans fell in love with and it’s why there has been so much vitriol about who was cast in Season 2 of the show.

Vince Vaughn, Colin Farrell and Rachel McAdams are figuring to be the leads in the series for season two, which has lured in plenty of trolls to blast the show and make fun of it any chance they can get. Even Entertainment Weekly is getting in on the action, as they’ve trolled the show hard for her it’s choice of cast.
It’s hard to judge the show before it even debuts but it’s not hard to see where the hate is coming from. But the first season crutch is being leaned on pretty heavily as the success of the first season cast is being pointed to more and more as trolls continue to come out.
There’s nothing promised about the new season of True Detective, and even if the show is a success, we can still expect to see the show trolled hard from now until forever.
