I don’t know about all of you but I am ecstatic to see Jack Huston and Ben Whishaw! When I think about the type of show Fargo is, they fit perfectly into that crazy, unpredictable world. As many of you know, the series is in anthology format, which basically means each season is a different story with new characters and usually a new cast. Of course, there are the theorists out there that think the seasons may be connected. And to their credit, season 1 and 2 connect because season 2 is a prequel to the first season.

Anyway, this time around the story is set in 1950 Kansas City, Missouri and tells the story of two communities–Southern Europeans and African Americans. Now, the story takes a bit of a strange turn because it involves two crime families that swap their eldest sons as a way to maintain peace between the two enemies. A bit strange, but we’ll go with it.

When one of the leaders passes away, things take a very drastic turn and from there on we see the usual twists and turns a show like Fargo always offers. If you’ve seen the other seasons, you know what I’m talking about.

I’m pretty stoked for the fourth season to come out but it’s going to be awhile considering production will start in Chicago this fall and then premiere sometime in 2020. Oh well, it’s totally worth the wait!
